The academic institution is ranked among the top in Bulgaria in terms of the quality of scientific research. It is certified under the Hirsch system for its contribution to science. The pursuit of constant development naturally leads to the launch of the project "Procurement of equipment for the needs of project No. BG05M2OP001-1.001-0004 'Universities for Science, Informatics and Technologies in the e-Society (UNIT),' " through which the University 'Prof. Asen Zlatarov' – Burgas will enhance its potential with server systems and equipment to perform numerous calculations and operations with the required speed and energy efficiency. These actions are necessary within the framework of the training in some of the currently studied specialties.

The RISK Electronics team delivers, installs, and commissions the following equipment: 2 units of HPC Server G242-P36 servers from the manufacturer Gigabyte with ARM architecture processors – model Ampere Altra Max CPU M128-30 with 128 cores and two NVIDIA A100 80GB graphics accelerators each. The servers are installed in a cluster to work together as one system, providing greater computing power, reliability, and efficiency.

The University "Prof. Asen Zlatarov" in Burgas is upgrading its high-tech equipment to modernize and optimize the educational process. The provided servers and graphics accelerators are energy-efficient, characterized by high performance, capable of processing large volumes of data in parallel, and offer flexibility in scientific and high-performance computing.
