The equipment is excluded from the manufacturer's ecosystem, which poses risks during use. It no longer meets the modern minimum requirements for information security, defined under the MIMIS regulation (Regulation on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security). As a public media organization, BNT is obliged to comply with this regulation, the Cybersecurity Act, and the Electronic Governance Act.
