Active network equipment is also a subject in the project that depends of network loading, connections topology (between other offices and Internet) preferred companies are CISCO Systems; 3COM; D-LINK.
Service activities in RISK Electronics are formally divided into two departments technical service and system service. Service engineers have professional attitude to the client problems witch is a guarantee for their quick and reliable solving. The employees keep their qualification up-to-date to adequate resolve many specific problems. Among them are certified from Microsoft MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional); HP - ASE (Accredited Systems Engineer); Novell - MCNE (Master Certified Novell Engineer); Cisco - CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate); 3COM CSE (Certified Solution Expert) etc.
Technical service performs hardware related activities diagnosis, repair, testing, upgrade of computer and office equipment, consulting etc. Hardware engineers are many-years experienced people with solid background in digital systems and electronic. Their primary goals are warranty and post-warranty service for equipment both brand machinery and own manufacture.
